Become A Player

2007/2008 SEASON HAS STARTED!

RETURNING PLAYER REGISTRATION:
Your player's coach handed out registration forms during the past spring
season. You can sign them (don't forget the medical liability box on bottom) and
mail with appropriate fee to the address below. If you do not have the returning
player registration form, you'll need to fill out a new one- please specify on form
that the player is a returning ESC player.

NEW PLAYER REGISTRATION:
No playing experience is necessary! Download the New Player Registration
Form (available in Word or Adobe below) fill it out, enclose the fee (make checks
payable to ESC), a photocopy of the child's birth certificate (for birth date
confirmation), and mail it to the Registrar shown below. If you register after the
deadline, there may be an additional fee, and a spot on a team is not
guaranteed, as some teams may have reached their maximum allowable number
of players per Stateline Soccer District rules (click here for more info). No
refunds will be issued after teams are formed. Someone will contact you soon.

DEADLINE TO REGISTER IS JULY 11th!
If registrations forms are received after July 11th a spot on a team can not
be guaranteed and an additional $25 late fee will be added. REGISTER
EARLY!!

U14: 8/1/94 thru 7/31/95; $95.00
U13: 8/1/95 thru 7/31/96; $95.00
U12: 8/1/96 thru 7/31/97; $95.00
U11: 8/1/97 thru 7/31/98; $95.00
U10: 8/1/98 thru 7/31/99; $75.00
U9 : 8/1/99 thru 7/31/00; $75.00
U8 : 8/1/00 thru 7/31/2001; $75.00
U7 : 8/1/2001 thru 7/31/2002; $55.00
U6 : 8/1/2002 and under; $55.00 (But at least 4 by September 4, 2008)
(Girls teams start at U9, if you would like your girl on a CO-ED team, please be
sure to write that on your form, otherwise she will be put on a Girls Only team.)
