RETURNING PLAYER REGISTRATION:
Your player's coach will hand out registration forms during the spring season. You can
sign them (don't forget the medical liability box on bottom) and mail with appropriate fee
to the address below. If you do not have the returning player registration form, you'll
need to fill out a new one- please specify on form that the player is a returning ESC
player. Due to increases in roster size, the addition of new players, etc. Elkhorn Soccer
Club does NOT guarantee that your child will be with the same coach every year. As a
youth recreational club, new teams each year are created to evenly distribute ages,
abilities, etc. in an effort to create teams that are as equal as possible while giving all
children the unique opportunities and talents offered by all our club's coaches. Much
effort, time and consideration goes into the forming of teams by the club's volunteer
board members and once those teams are created they will stay as there are. **If you
did not volunteer in the concession stand during the Fall 08 or Spring 09 season you will
incur an additional $25 concession fee per family. Do NOT subtract the fee from the
player registration fee below!!**
NEW PLAYER REGISTRATION:
No playing experience is necessary! Download the New Player Registration Form
(available in Adobe below) fill it out, enclose the fee (make checks payable to ESC), a
photocopy of the child's birth certificate (for birth date confirmation), and mail it to the
Registrar shown below. No refunds will be issued after teams are formed. Someone will
contact you soon.
REGISTER EARLY FOR NEXT SEASON! Returning or new player registrations
not received by JULY 8th, 2009 will incur a $25.00 late fee and are not
guaranteed a spot on a team. Do not email asking to waive fee.
